Yes, all training sessions or boot camps require at least a completed high school education by way of a diploma or GED. Most of our training sessions welcome everyone from complete beginners to seasoned healthcare professionals. Additionally, prior education and experience in college-level medical terminology and anatomy & physiology would prove to be a bonus and benefit in these sessions, but it’s important to note that they may be a requirement for some of our advanced training sessions. Yes, to qualify for the CDIP certification exam and this program, individuals are required to meet the following conditions: RHIA, RHIT, CCS, MD, or RN credential OR A Bachelor’s degree or higher plus 2 years of clinical documentation or coding experience AND Minimum foundational knowledge of coding (ICD-10-CM and PCS).
Our 10-week instructor-led training equips trainees with advanced knowledge and applied skills to confidently sit for the CDIP exam and function in or transition into Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) roles. Our program is tailored for working professionals, and we provide a strong emphasis on real-world applications, not just exam prep.
